Stop Time Travelling Enjoy The Power Of Now.13 Oct
One of the main habits I see with people who are suffering with stress and are attempting to find anxiety remedies, or stress techniques is that of mentally traveling, now when I say that I do not mean that people have finally discovered how to travel through the universe, more so the act of never quite being in the moment. Either people tend to be concerning them selves with something that happened in the past, or focusing on an event in the future.
Both these habits have there merits in that we can learn from our past experiences, and the ability to plan is on of the key fundamental skills the human race has over most of nature. However the down sides to this gift is the ability to be stuck in our heads and miss the moment of now. Because being factual the only thing that exists is now the past and the future are all mental constructs of your mind.
The video below is a short and wonderful example of what we do if we mentally travel all our lives. The words are by the late great Alan Watts.

Atarax (hydroxyzine) for Anxiety: I take this along with Lexapro… I was having such hard times falling asleep due to nine million things going on through the day … then the anxiety kicked in…sometimes I would be up for hours while everyone is sound to sleep…When I started taking this I fall asleep within thirty mins and usually sleep sound. It is not addicting… and good price for the good things the meds do
